Customer Reviews
Good mobile plan, slow SIM delivery
I ordered the Allnet Flat mit GB+ plan last month. The setup process online was pretty straightforward, and the pricing seemed competitive for what you get. The network coverage has been solid so far, no complaints there. However, it took about 7 business days for the SIM-Karte to arrive, which felt a bit long. I also had a small issue activating it initially, but customer service was helpful once I got through to them. Overall, it's a good value, but they could improve delivery times.
Easy switch, works great
Switched over to Congstar for my phone service, got the Prepaid Allnet Flat M. It was super easy to set up online, took like five minutes. The SIM came in the mail pretty quick, like 3-4 days. I just popped it in and everything worked. No weird issues or anything. Calls are clear and data speeds are good enough for me. Happy with it so far!
Fantastic new phone service!
I just got a Samsung Galaxy with their Allnet Flat mit GB+ and it's been amazing! The phone arrived really fast, like three days after I ordered it. Setting up the service was a breeze, I barely had to do anything. The network is super reliable, I haven't had any dropped calls or slow internet, even when I'm out and about. I'm so glad I made the switch to Congstar. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new plan!
Homespot 100 is fast
Got the Homespot 100. Setup was simple. Speeds are good. No dropouts yet. Happy with the purchase.

I'm looking at their Allnet Flat S. What's this 'GB+' thing? Is it extra data or something?
Thinking of getting a Homespot. How does that even work? Is it like a normal router or something different?
Can I get a physical SIM card or do they only do eSIMs? My old phone doesn't support eSIM.
Does Congstar use the Telekom network? Or is it like, their own thing? Just wondering about coverage and speeds.
Hey guys, thinking about switching to Congstar. How long does it usually take to get my old number transferred over? Heard it can be a hassle sometimes.
